Salary:

  • Junior Engineer, DMS, CMA: ₹35,400 per month (Pay Level 6 in 7th CPC)
  • Chemical & Metallurgical Supervisor (Research): ₹44,900 per month (Pay Level 7 in 7th CPC)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 36 years as of 1st January 2025
  • Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Junior Engineers: 3-year diploma in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Chemical Supervisor/Research: Degree in Chemical Technology.
  • Metallurgical Supervisor/Research: Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of any computer language is required for both supervisory posts.

Application Fee:

  • General/OBC: ₹500 (Non-Refundable)
  • SC/ST/Minority Communities/EBC/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen: ₹250 (Refundable)

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – Paper 1

Exam Patterns:

  • 1st Stage CBT: 100 questions (Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, General Science)
  • 2nd Stage CBT: 150 questions (General Awareness, Physics & Chemistry, Computer Application, Environment & Pollution, Technical Ability)
